Sam Jackson

Sam is a sustainable travel specialist and climate action strategist, and founder of Resolute Earth.

You might recognise Sam, as he’s been working on It’s Time over the past several months to help research, liaise with, and look after our speakers and contributors for this event.

Prior to becoming involved in the organisation of It’s Time, Sam worked for several years in the travel industry, as the Operations Manager for an adventure tour operator – which took him to five continents and a huge range of countries all over the world.

This experience is what led him to become involved in the climate movement, having witnessed first-hand some of the devastating effects that climate change is already having around the world.

Sam also volunteers some of his time to Tourism Declares a Climate Emergency, and is the founder of the soon-to-be-launched Resolute Earth, a newsletter and consultancy focused around stories of climate action.
