Leo Taylor

Leo is the Co-Founder of BUG (Better Universal Grub) – a startup on a mission to change perceptions around edible insects in the West by getting people cooking and experimenting with insects at home.

Starting his career in Architecture and Urban Design, working in slums and urban sustainability projects, Leo pivoted to design for a number of sustainable and health food brands selling thousands of ready meals in UK supermarkets.

His raison d’etre is to solve meaningful social and environmental problems through business, and probably has an unhealthy obsession with Elon Musk.
